MEET & GREET
Before you start at CrossFit NIMBL, we would like to meet you 1 on 1. We would like to get to know you better first, discuss your goals, sports history, injuries and much more in order to guide you as focused as possible.
We also tell you how we work and what you can expect from us and whether we are a good match for you.
After this, you will get started in the Fundamentals with one of our coaches or you can start with the classes right away.
FIRST 4 WEEKS FREE!
During these 1 on 1 sessions with one of our coaches you will learn the Fudamentals of CrossFit at a slow pace, combined with a workout. Together we plan these moments so that you get to know the fundamentals of CrossFit and how you can move in a good and safe way.
You will already build strength, fitness, speed and mobility in these lessons and you will learn a lot about warm-ups and recovery.
You will become more aware of your body, health and fitness. Once properly completed you can start your CrossFit adventure.
Now that you have completed your Fundamental course. Your CrossFit NIMBL adventure can begin! We have gone through everything with you so you can hit the mat safely and responsibly. You will enter the WOD’s (Workout of the Day’s).
The group classes are with not more than 10 people so you will be included in the group feeling immediately.
