MEET & GREET
You can start with a trial class right away. Here we want to get to know you better, discuss your goals, sports history, injuries and much more in order to guide you as good as possible. We’ll tell you how we work and what you can expect from us.
Depending on your level, we will discuss together whether we will start with Fundamental classes or whether you can join the lesson right away. During these 1 on 1 sessions with one of our coaches you will learn the basic principles of CrossFit at a slow pace, combined with a fun workout. Together we will plan these moments so that you get to know the basic movements of CrossFit and how you can move in a good and safe way.
Now that you’ve completed the Fundamental classes, your CrossFit adventure can begin! We’ve gone through the most important moves so you can train safely and responsibly.
The group lessons are for a maximum of 10 people, so there is a lot of personal attention.
