TRIAL CLASS
NO SWEAT INTRO

You have two choices: start immediately with a trial class or first get acquainted with the no sweat intro.

With a trial class, you can immediately participate in the class after a short introduction with the coach. As with every class, of course we adapt the movements to your level. You can opt for a trial class in CrossFit or Sweat Club. Use the button below to plan one!

If you would prefer to learn more about CrossFit and us first, you can do so while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea during the No Sweat Intro. You can see how a CrossFit class works and in the meantime we get to know you and ask about your goals, sports history, injuries and much more to guide you as best as possible. We also tell you how we work and what you can expect from us.

FUNDAMENTALS

We offer a Fundamental class every month for novice CrossFitters. During this class you will learn the basic principles of CrossFit at an easy pace and how to move well and safely.

LET'S GO!

After your trial lesson you can choose to start with a trial month. During this month you can try how often per week you would like to train and of course see if you really like it. After this month you can choose a subscription that suits you. All our subscriptions are monthly subscriptions, so you can easily adjust them yourself. The group lessons are for a maximum of 12 people, so there is a lot of personal attention.
