This is our core group class offering, which aims to
develop all areas of your fitness.
But what is CrossFit?
To be nerdy, it is constantly varied, functional movement, done at relatively high intensity. Simply put, we do a bunch of different workouts, comprised of simple body-weight and free-weight movements, and we are pushing ourselves as hard as we want to or can on that day. Follow this track and you will get fitter, stronger & healthier. CrossFit is for all fitness levels and ages!
