All of our classes are fully coached from start to finish and can be tailored to any ability level. Whether you are a total newbie or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, we’ll give you a great workout everytime you come to class!

develop all areas of your fitness.
But what is CrossFit?
To be nerdy, it is constantly varied, functional movement, done at relatively high intensity. What that means in English is that we do a bunch of different workouts, comprised of simple body-weight and free-weight movements, and we are pushing ourselves as hard as we want to or can on that day. Follow this track alone and you will get fitter, stronger & healthier.
You’ll find these classes every day throughout the week and are accessible for everyone!
60 minute class with high intensity, low impact, a great sweat and lots of fun! That’s what our Sweat Club workout is all about.
Build your engine and develop your functional fitness skills in this class, accessible to all ability levels.
During Open Gym hours you can train what you feel like, for example to work on certain muscle groups or skills after class. Do you want to go that extra step in your training? Then we have extra Competitor training sessions available every week that you can do in the Open Gym.
We have Open Gym spots available during regular classes.
In addition to regular classes, we also offer Weightlifting and Gymnastics classes to improve your skills in these areas. Weightlifting focuses on the Olympic lifts: clean & jerk and the snatch. The Gymnastics class helps you learn all kinds of bodyweight moves, from pull-ups to handstand walks.
During these classes, attention is given to working on the technique and building strength under low intensity.
